NSO, National Statistics Office


If you need a birth, marriage, death certificate or CENOMAR (Singleness)? e-Census allows you to request these documents anytime, anywhere and on top of that convenience, your documents will be delivered to you. You can also pay for your requests online. That is thru online service.


(1) Effective May 1, 2008, the FIFTEEN PESOS (P15.00) Documentary Stamp Tax will be applied on all certifications issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) in compliance with Sections 173 and 188 of the Tax Revenue Code and Revenue Memorandum Order No. 13-2008 (dated March 13, 2008). Therefore, fees for Local Requests will be as follows:


(a) copy issuance for birth, marriage and death certificates will cost P315.00; and

(b) issuance of the Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) will be at P415.00 per copy.Fees for Foreign Requests will remain at US$20 per copy for copy issuance and US$25 per copy for CENOMAR.


(2) e-Census interface with The PORT is undergoing changes and the payment facility will not be available starting, May 25, 2007.
