Heavy Traffic in EDSA PASAY CITY

It was an irritating day to start work. We are late because of this traffic in Pasay rotonda to Ayala. Why is it irritating? MMDA and city local members are putting asphalt on the highway at 10:30pm. My god, are they thinking! They are the one who is causing traffic in Edsa because we all know that the minimum commuters can be timed at around 2 to 4 am in the morning and we all know that they can use those time in fixing the road issues. Come to think of it, these men working on the roads were active specially if election is coming. Poor bastards!

Just a heads up for the government officials, you are elected there because we know that you are capable of leading others but it seems that you are not using your resources in solving simple issues like traffic and how to prevent traffic jams.

You know what, to avoid traffic and if you are going to fix main highways in manila or in other places, work in time when there are minimal commuters, STOP SHOWING TO PEOPLE WHAT YOU ARE DOING[SHOW OFFs], because your reputation is just getting low!

Here is the continuation for article "IP Addresses for Mozilla,netscape etc." Follow the following steps.

1. Install a web browser. either mozilla,netscape etc.(Ill use firefox as an example)

2. Open the browser and go to Tools and select Option.

3. Under Option, select the Advanced category.

4. On Advance category, select network then click on Settings then Connection Setting will appear.
5. Select Manual proxy configuration and copy and paste oh HTTP Proxy: 222.251.133.59 port 8080 then click on Apply and OK.

6. After that close the window and re-open it again.

1. Restart the computer.
2. When the Sony screen is displayed, press the F2 key on the keyboard to enter the BIOS setup .
3. Press the RIGHT ARROW key to select the Advanced menu.
4. Press the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW key to select I/O Device Configuration and then press the ENTER key.
5. Press the DOWN ARROW key to select Parallel Port Mode and then press the ENTER key.

Read it carefully.

How to Undo a Previous System Restore Operation?

IMPORTANT:

a. This procedure must be performed while logged in as Administrator or to an account with Administrator rights.
b. The System Restore procedure will restore the Registry and other settings back to the date and time selected. No data will be lost. Saved documents and e-mail will not be affected by performing a System Restore.
c. Any hardware or software that has been installed after the date of the restore point will need to be reinstalled.
d. 200MB of free hard drive space is required to perform a system restore.

NOTES:

a. If the operating system will not start in Normal Mode, restart the computer in Safe Mode.
b. If the operating system will not start in Normal Mode or Safe Mode, restart the computer in Safe Mode using the Command Prompt. At the Command Prompt, type C:\Windows\System32\Restore\Rstrui.exe and then on the keyboard, press the ENTER key to start the System Restore.
c. If the mouse is not available, use the TAB key, or ARROW keys to make the selection.

1, Click the Start button, click All Programs, click Accessories, click System Tools, and then click System Restore.

NOTES:

a. If prompted for an administrator password or a User Account Control prompt is displayed, type the appropriate password or click Continue.
b. If System Restore is not listed in the System Tools menu, click the Start button and type System Restore in the Start Search box.

2. In the System Restore window, click to select Choose a different restore point, and then click the Next button.
3. In the Choose a restore point window, click to select the restore point with the description Undo: Restore Operation, and then click the Next button.
4. In the Confirm your restore point window, click the Finish button.

NOTE: The operating system will undo the selected restore operation and the computer will restart.

How to Reset the EDGE Module?

A +CME ERROR 3 error will occur when the EDGE Module attempts to process a passworded command 10 or more times unsuccessfully. To bypass the error, the EDGE Module must be reset using the following procedure.

NOTE: If a Hyperterminal window is already open from attempting to unlock the EDGE module, begin with Step 10.

1. Click the Start button, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to Communications, then click HyperTerminal.
2. In the Connection Description window, under Name, type EDGE.
3. Click the OK button.
4. In the Connect To window, next to Connect using, click the down arrow and click to select COM4.

NOTE: If COM4 (or the port that the Sony Ericsson EDGE Module uses) is not available in the list, ensure the Sony Ericsson EDGE Module is installed properly.

5. Click the OK button.
6. In the COM4 Properties window, ensure all the following settings are configured properly:

Bits per second = 2400
Data bits = 8
Parity = None
Stop bits = 1

7. Click the OK button.
8. In the HyperTerminal window, type AT

IMPORTANT: Use capital letters for all entries.

9. Press the ENTER key.

NOTE: Ensure OK is displayed on the next line after AT.

10. Type AT+CMAR=0000

1. Check that the USB cable is properly plugged into the terminal of the camera and the computer.

NOTE: For models that connect via the USB cradle (or Cyber-shot Station), check the connection of the USB cradle as well.

2. Disconnect any other USB devices (except for a mouse and keyboard) from the computer; other USB devices may cause the camera to not be recognized properly.
3. If your computer has multiple USB ports, try connecting to another USB port.

NOTES: Some computers have different USB controllers for each port. In this case, connecting to a different port may solve the problem.
Connect the USB cable directly to a USB port on the computer. Using a USB hub connection may cause the camera to not be recognized properly by the computer.

4. Ensure the recording media is inserted in the camera, otherwise the camera will not be recognized properly by the computer.
5. Check that camera is set properly in the menu use the USB connection.

NOTE: Some cameras must have the USB Connect option in the menu set to Normal or Mass Storage. For model-specific information, consult the instruction manual. Manuals are available online in the Manuals/Specs/Warranty section of the Sony® eSupport Web site.

6. Turn the camera off and then back on again; the computer cannot recognize the connection unless the camera is on.

Picture Motion Browser Hangs in 50% while burning a DVD

It’s all about Blu-ray. We always hear the word next generation in most advertisement and right now I am going to give the information the new format for high quality video, introducing The Blu-ray Disc. Blu-ray is also known as Blu-ray Disc. It is so called next generation optical disc format developed by a group of the world's leading consumer electronics, personal computer and media manufacturers (including Apple, Dell, Hitachi, HP, JVC, LG, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Pioneer, Philips, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, TDK and Thomson). Their grouped was named Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA). The Blu-ray format was developed to enable recording, rewriting and playback of high-definition video, also used in storing large amounts of data. The disc can hold up to 25GB. Actually the single sided disc can hold up to 25GB and the double sided disc can hold up to 50GB, pretty big right?

The new format is using blue-violet. Despite the different type of lasers used, Blu-ray products can easily be made backwards compatible with CDs and DVDs . Since Blu-ray disc is using blue-violet laser, the characteristic of it is that it has a shorter wavelength than a red laser (650nm), which makes it possible to focus the laser spot with even greater precision. This allows data to be packed more tightly and stored in less space, so it's possible to fit more data on the disc even though it's the same size as a CD/DVD.

How to connect a camcorder to a VCR using an RFU adapter?

This is a new topic in connecting an RFU adapter to a VCR. In the previous topics that I posted, we already tackled different types of issues like;

Camcorder connected to a TV using an Audio/Video (A/V) cable.
Camcorder connected to a TV using an S-Video cable.
Camcorder connected to a TV using an RFU adapter.
Camcorder connected through a VCR using Audio/Video (A/V) cables

And basically we already resolved those issues in connection. So now let’s go to a different issue. This is on how to resolve issues in connecting an RFU adapter to a VCR.

1. Connect the A/V connectors of the RFU adapter to the A/V output jacks on the camcorder. 2. Connect the VHF/UHF connector of the RFU adapter to the VHF/UHF input on the VCR.
3. Set the RFU channel output switch to channel 3 or 4.
4. Turn on the VCR.
5. Tune the VCR to the same channel that was selected on the RFU adapter (channel 3 or 4).
NOTE: To copy the video from the camcorder to a VHS tape, insert a VHS tape into the VCR and press the RECORD button.

6. On the camcorder, move the POWER switch to the VTR or PLAYBACK position.
7. Press the PLAY button on the camcorder.
8. Turn on the television,
9. Tune the television to the appropriate channel or video input to view the picture from the VCR.

So for this matter, on how to edit and print images in the MGI PhotoSuite software on an Apple Macintosh computer I gathered all the steps on how to do it properly. Follow these general guidelines for using the MGI PhotoSuite software on an Apple Macintosh computer.

1. On the desktop, double-click the Macintosh HD icon.
2. In the Macintosh HD window, double-click the MGI PhotoSuite SE Folder icon.
3. In the MGI PhotoSuite SE window, double-click the MGI PhotoSuite SE 1.0 icon.
4. In the MGI Activity Guide window, click the Get Images from Disk or Floppy icon.
5. In the Macintosh HD window, click to select the folder that contains the desired images, and then click the Open button.
6. Click to select the desired image, and then click the Open button.
7. In the Photo Album window, double-click the image thumbnail.
8. To edit the image, on the menu bar, click Fun.

NOTE: All the editing options available are listed under the Fun menu item.

Unable to View Pictures after transferring them in the Computer

Most of the time we are having problems in viewing images back to our camera after transferring the images in the computer. The basic and most effective information that i can give you is to be aware where you save, on what folder and where are you going to send the images. Knowing this basic information that definitely help you. Just for you to be informed, if you want to view the images that has been transferred in the computer back to the Memory stick, you will have a 50/50 chance in viewing them in the camera because camera has a different setting compared to computer.

However you can try this steps in resolving this kind of issue. If you encounter this "Unable to view pictures after transferring them in the computer" dont be shocked because it is one of the problems that we are encountering everyday in Sony.

Three tips on how to troubleshoot this concern:
1. Make sure that the file name of the images hasn’t been changed.
2. Make sure that you didn't change the resolution.

So here are the following steps in importing pictures from your camera to an Apple Macintosh Computer. Read each the steps carefully.

1.Turn on the computer.
2.Turn on the camera.
3.Connect the USB cable to the camera and computer.
4.Connection through a USB hub or other USB device, such as a printer or keyboard, is not supported and cannot be guaranteed. Connect the camera directly to a USB port on the computer.
5.The Image Capture utility should start automatically. If it does not, follow the steps below to open it manually:
6.On the Finder bar at the top of the computer screen, click Go and then click Applications in the drop-down menu.
7.In the Applications window, in the right-hand column, click Image Capture.
8.In the window that appears on the computer screen, click the Download Some... or Download All button.
9.Clicking Download All will automatically copy images from the camera to the appropriate Picture or Movie folder on the computer. However, to download only certain images, click the Download Some... button and then continue with the steps below.
10.Press and hold the Apple key.
11.While holding the Apple key, click to select all the desired images to download.
Click the Download button.

Remember that the selected images will now be automatically copied to the appropriate Picture or Movie folder on the computer.

Picture files can also be imported using iPhoto software.
Movie files can also be imported using iMovie software.

Transferring of Videos from the Computer to the Camcorder

If the video is altered in the computer, they can save it in the camcorder however there is no possibility for them to view it. Dream House

Having your dream house is pretty hard to have. It will cost more money to produce a good house that will suit your fantasy. You cannot buy a house if you are not determined to pay your own bills every end of the month. And of course, having a house is a big responsibility that we need to maintain.

If you are going to ask me, my dreams house is going to be build in the next 2 or 3 years, I am going to use my loan in order for me to have my dream house. Of course that is the wonderful gift that I will give to my wifey so i am doing all my best to save and save a lot of loads! Pretty smart, right. The reason why I am doing this is because we cannot say that we have the money to spend in our future, what i really meant was if we are not going to save some for the future, where are we going to get our food and shelter for tomorrow.
